1. The first step is filling out our Free Design Consultation form, giving us a call, or visiting our showroom during open hours!

2. If we need to gather further information on what you’d like done in your space, we will follow up with your preferred method of communication.

3. We then create a 3D design proposal with a cost estimate.

4. After you approve a design layout and pay a deposit, we schedule an in-home measure of your storage space(s).

5. With those in-home measurements, we finalize the design, start production, and schedule a date for installation.

6. A day or two before installation we will confirm your appointment.

7. On the day of installation, installers generally arrive around 7:30 AM, or the agreed upon time. Please keep pets and children in a separate area for their safety. At installation the installer will give you your final invoice for payment.

Depending on the scope of a project, our timelines vary. If you have a smaller-scale project, we may be able to install your storage system within 2 weeks. A typical turnaround time from preliminary design to installation is 4 to 6 weeks. Give us a call or email to check our current timelines.

We will email you a preliminary design and quote approximately 2-3 business days after connecting with you about all your storage needs.

We manufacture storage systems in-house at our Green Bay business location and source high-quality accessories from our preferred suppliers.

Yes! We will email you 3D drawings along with your proposal. Some drawings may include multiple viewpoints to show how your system works in your space.

Yes, we are a small family-owned and operated business. We opened in 1998 and have installed hundreds of thousands of storage systems over the last 25+ years. We are based in Green Bay and provide storage solutions throughout Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.

We come to your house to measure your space following an approved design and deposit payment.

If you’re planning to visit us for a design consultation, an appointment is preferred. However, we do welcome walk-ins during our showroom open hours.

Please bring dimensions of your space including placements of outlets and HVAC. It’s also helpful if you have a rough inventory of what your storing. For example, how many shoes you’ll be storing, how much long hang space you’ll need, and how many drawers you’d like. It may also be helpful if you bring your design and style inspirations to the appointment as well!

Yes! We will remove and dispose of the old storage systems we are replacing. On your installation day, our installers will remove existing storage systems, patch holes, and haul away your old system.

To have your closets and other storage systems installed before move-in, we can start working on your project anytime from the beginning of your build to 6-8 weeks before move-in. We can also install storage systems at any time after move-in.
